Board and Management

The Board of Directors of TradePort International Corporation provides governance for the airport. The Board is comprised of five qualified and eligible members that are elected or reelected on an annual basis. The Board must consist of at least one and a maximum of nine members at any time. The board may from time to time appoint one or more committees or advisory bodies as it may deem advisable.
