This Saturday September 26, teams from all over Hamilton will be scouring the city in the 4th Annual CityQuest Challenge. CityQuest is a joint project between us, the Hamilton International Airport and the United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton. Teams will be riding HSR all around Hamilton searching for items on their scavenger hunt list, answering questions about our city and competing in various activities.
All proceeds raised from this event will go to The United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton towards programs and services that support some of our most vulnerable citizens… our children. According to the United Way, one in four children in our community lives in poverty and more than 73,300 children and youths participate in United Way funded programs.
Hamilton International Airport is proud to be sponsoring this event and I’m personally looking forward to participating in what will be a fun filled day for a good cause.

Last year CityQuest raised over $20,000 for the United Way and we’re looking to raise even more this year. Please consider sponsoring a team or individual, donating to the The United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton, or registering your own team! By becoming involved in CityQuest, you’re not only making a difference in so many peoples’ lives but your own as well, and did we mention how much fun it is?!
Keep checking back for pictures and video of the HIA team competing and check Cable 14 for video of the event in the upcoming weeks.
