Help & Win a 42” Plasma TV by Participating in the 4th Annual CityQuest Challenge
Yes, it’s already time to start thinking about the John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport City Quest Challenge 2009!
Not familiar with the CityQuest Challenge? This is how it works: Teams of four race against the clock and each other as they navigate around Hamilton to complete activities, answer questions and collect as many scavenger hunt items as possible. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams.
Teams collect pledges and for every $100 they collect, they earn a ballot for a chance to win a 42” Plasma Television. Ahhh … wouldn’t that be nice?
In 2006, with your generosity, Richard Koroscil, president and CEO of Hamilton International Airport, and his team raised over $1,300. In 2007 he raised over $2,300 and then in 2008 he raised over $2,500 for his team, “Suck It Up Buttercup” (I love that team name.) More importantly, the CityQuest Challenge 2008 raised over $20,000 for the United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton!

Nice Legs Richard
In addition to Richard’s team, we had our own Hamilton International Airport team: “Team hi.” They also did very well, coming in 4th place and raising several hundred dollars for the United Way.

Rounding up a team and participating in the Challenge is guaranteed to be a blast! But if that’s not your cup of tea, supporting a participating team will help raise money for United Way programs and services for children in our community.
